7 hour wait to see a doctor when 12 months urine results showed an infection 7 hours prior. No antibiotics available until the morning and still waiting.

If there is a long wait, explaining that to parents and updating parents would make a big difference. The doctors when you see them are fantastic but unfortunately the poor communication while waiting and the poor systems for medicine distribution let the whole ward down.

First class service from beginning to end. Caring staff helped put me at my ease and everything was done to make the procedure easier. Cannot praise the staff enough. Everything explained by the consultant .Made a difficult procedure raspier to manage.

The consulting room was very hot as air conditioner had broken .

I was greeted with a very warm welcome from everyone on the ward. Everyone was very attentive, caring and polite. The ward was immaculate, very accommodating and welcoming. I met my consultant within minutes of my arrival and my treatment commenced, an hour after arriving. I received a lot of care and attention. I was very impressed.

Queuing system far too vague. When names are called it is almost inaudible. Water jugs were empty and it was very hot in there

Having first visited on 3/5/24 I was told by the consultant that I was to be booked in for an urgent ultrasound scan of my knee and a further appointment was made for 10/5/24. I attended this appointment and due to not receiving a scan another has been made for 24/5/24 in the hopes I receive my urgent scan. I actually rang the scan office to be told that a consultant needs to put urgent within 2 weeks if he wants a scan done quickly. I have managed to book one for the 22/5/24 but had I not rung it would be after my appointment again! This scan is no longer offered at Bassetlaw so on top of the £40 round trip taxi fares to Worksop I now have a £70 round trip taxi fare to Doncaster to look forward to. Merging these hospitals has clearly made it difficult for the consultants to provide the care they wish to give.

Actually make scans available at Bassetlaw so that consultants can give the care and manage people’s outcomes quickly and efficiently.

I didn't have to wait long and appreciated has in a lot of pain with my on-going shoulder problem. I was transferred to urgent care department .

I felt a ultra sound would have been a better option than x ray has I'm.pretty sure a tear is causing my pain . But I did get a follow up phone call has they explained and they have made me another appointment which is muchly appreciated all staff were polite and professional.
